Placed a mobile order through the app for late night food. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told (through a poorly working speaker) that they did not have any burger products during late night…was around 11 o’clock. There was a massive line anyway, so I decided to just pull out of line and leave. The following day I see my card was charged the full amount from my mobile order. So I was even charged for items they didn’t even have! I’ve called the corporate number and continue to get hung up on from their robot system. Still have a 32$ charge on my Apple Card…if I were paying with cash or regular debit and had pulled out of line, I wouldn’t have been charged. This is absolutely ridiculous that they think they can charge my card because they already had it on file. I DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER. YOU DONT GET TO TAKE MY MONEY. Very disgusted with this branch.

Absolutely terrible service. Completely mixed up orders then made orders wrong. Does McDonald's even care about customer service. They obviously don't care about training their staff. Employees can barley communicate with customers and dontcare about their work. Car full of upset kids because they gave us bread with bacon no eggs or cheese...

Food was actually good. But the customer service was absolutely terrible. Completely disorganized behind the counter, employees running around not knowing what they're doing, repeating orders back to customers in the drive through at LEAST 4 or 5 times. The front counter person BARELY spoke any English. They were out of half the items on the menu, and the manager didnt have a care in the world. I thought the McDonald's from where im from was bad, from the experience i had at this location, i will appreciate the ones where i live because that was chaos. I definitely will never visit this location again.

Great service. Food was made right ad fast milkshake was made wrong because the machine was out but they fixed it immediately and we're very respectful. Better service than I'm used to back home. Very satisfied.

Never been there. The little river store , if you want hot coffee after 7pm go to waffle House. The hamburgers are over cooked and Luke warm like I say waffle House, they have fresh coffee and hot hamburgers cooked right
