After 3 weeks of waiting for them to change a heel on my shoe, I went to the store and the shoe was not still ready! When I gave them my shoe to repair, the owmer said it was going to be ready in less than 2 weeks! Not coming back there!

Great place & they are so very nice. Mr. Eduardo was very accommodating with my last minute request to have my shoes shined :) Thank you!! Very Reasonably priced AND my loafers look amazing! I rarely buy shoes at thrift stores. When I saw these bad boys six years ago I HAD to have them. Over the years, they've been beaten up quite a bit. They somehow got packed separately and one of them came out completely moldy while the other one was super squashed. I took these to Culver Shoe repair along with a pair of shoes I wanted cleaned for my spouse. I just wanted to be able to wear my shoes again, I didn't care how they looked. My spouse's shoes came out looking brand new. Mine came out looking even better than when I purchased them. They are wizards here.
