I made an appointment, and the staff were talking a while amongst themselves. I still had to wait a bit when i arrived, even though i had a scheduled appointment. Once the session commenced, everything was great though. Also fantastic price for shampoo, cut, and blow-dry. I liked it.Thank you, Alexandra! Haircuts are really hit or miss. Sometimes the cuts are good and stylists are friendly. My most recent visit left a blemish in the hairline on the back of my head, while the two hair stylists were discussing a co-worker who was doing drugs, cursing during the conversation, and yelling at their child who was in the back office — all while cutting my hair. Very unprofessional and poor quality haircut.Thank you for the three stars, Charles.
