They were rude after we went back to get my heel fixed that broke after they had worked on it. They insisted that I was lying and that they hadn’t worked on it before. Didn’t show any professionalism or customer service. They have a bad system there.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ruined my $300 Prada belt. Wanted length taken off and they ended up cracking and ripping the leather near belt buckle. When I went to check-out, the guy acted surprised and wasn’t even going to tell me how messed up it was until I said something m. Thankfully I noticed mess ups before checking out and leaving. Said they could “fix” it by taking off another inch but I refused because I didn’t want my belt that tight. They refused to pay for belt replacement cost. DO NOT TAKE VALUABLE REPAIRS HERE.

I have seen many different types of purses and luggage. Try them.
They are great with zippers. I suggest you take it to them and see what they can do.

I believe they do. But, overall they are doing great work, as far as I know.
You need to call the store directly to determine this. I will say that I have only seen shoes and luggage being repaired there.
I see lots of repaired purses on the premises waiting to be picked up.
I like that the wheels they use are very quiet and glide very smoothly.
My experience has been that there is no repairs or replacements to any part of any luggage they can't perform. If they can't, they will send back to manufacturer for a fee or warranty repair or replacement.
