Good group of people, not just the big muscle weight lifters. Everyone is made to feel comfortable. Great for families with teenagers. Ken (trainer) knows his stuff, takes his time putting together a routine for you, and easily accessible for questions. The hours can't be better.

Very very small gym not usually crowded it's very warm and that one tanning bed that they have although they offer tanning it's just one bed that needs updated very hot recommend if you're going to cancel you do it in plenty of time before the month starts and get it in writing as they forgot my cancellation and I had to pay an extra month for tanning and the gym membership
