I tried buying a cheaper ink on Amazon. It wouldn't work in my printer. I went by this Shop and saw Pat. He was very nice and helpful. He got what I needed and it worked! He also offered if my problem wasn't fixed to bring in the printer and he would look at it for a free to help find the issue. The Best customer service! I will be back.
