Arby's is a good place to eat. At this time. Inside is closed. I use drive through..There time is only 10:00- 6:00 pm right now. But few weeks ago you can order drive through.

I had to repeat my order nearly 5 times at the drive thru, when I got to the window, my order was completely wrong. Then they gave told me one price, but charged me a higher price at the window. When I told them that my order was incorrect, they fixed it and yet again gave me the wrong order. I saw the who I believe to be the Manager confront the lady who was handling the drive thru and she flat out said right in front of me, "Nah, he lyin', I heard em right, that's what he ordered". Might I mention she was texting on her phone as she was saying this. Terrible way of handling a customer complaint and the lack of customer service was appalling. They really need to have corporate come in and evaluate all their employees and keep only the ones that actually want to do their job and take pride in their work. I'll take my Business to other fast food establishments that have their processes and procedures together.

THEY HAVE THE MEATS!!! Good place to stop for the famous Arby's Roast beef sandwich. Or if you don't like roast beef the sliced carved turkey is pretty good too. They also have chicken sandwiches, tenders, onion rings, curly fries. My favorite is the half pound roast beef sandwich. Especially if you get the cheddar half pound roast beef!!! The regular half pound is listed.

Went there for dinner at 5:45 and ordered two chicken bacon swiss sandwiches in the drive thru because the lobby is closed. When I got home both chicken sandwiches were crunchy, dry, old, and inedible. I called and the manager explained the situation and he said okay bring your receipt and we will replace it like it wasn't no big deal and this happens all the time. I returned the next day delivered the inedible sandwich and the manager on duty qsaid it was probably left over from lunch, and I agreed. She spoke to the manager and explained to him about checking on things to make sure they are fresh. I got my money back which I didn't think was enough. They ruined my dinner, wasted my time and fuel because of having to go back. Unexceptible
