Rose did not have the color for my hair she gave me one price on the phone and charged me differently I took my hair down after only two days because the hair was itching,box braids for 200.00 I will not be returning to this place 🙃😒

I was super nervous about getting my hair braided😕 My neighbor recommended here. I really wanted braids. So I called Rose. She told me that I could come the next day and didn't need to bring hair bc she had hair.🙂 I got there so nervous, but when I expressed that to her she assured me there was nothing to be nervous about. She was very social which is a good thing bc you don't want to just sit there with no conversation. I must say I love my hair and will be going back! Visit 7/29/20 Pretty much the same service🙂 She had 2 assistants today, bc she had myself and another client. Today I got "Lemonade Braids" or braids to the side. All I have to say is my edges are crying😢, but it'll be okay in a few days🤷🏾‍♀️. I still like my braids😍

I'm a person who likes perfection and will pay for it. If your a business owner and say you can do something I expect you to do it. If your money hungry and can't do the job. You will always have problems with customers. I tried Nina's Akou (Greensboro) & Heidi (Greensboro) both are horrible bad experiences with both. Nina is over priced for amateur work and Heidi work out of her nasty animal invested house. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR SERVICES. Finally, I was visiting Charlotte and I saw someone with beautiful braids. Long story short: I made an appointment with Rose. Her and co workers work is simply amazing. I absolutely love my hair. I drove one hour and forty-five minutes to get my hair done and it was definitely worth it.

The owner's sister did my Senegalese twist & charged me $180.00 and said that they was suppose to last at least 2 MONTHS. They actually only LASTED 3 WEEKS and my new growth was showing real bad and the twists was falling out all to the point I had to take ALL of the twists OUT. Not sure if this is the norm for Senegalese twist. ** MATHWISE, I spent $180 for a 3 (1/2) week hairstyle. I could have gotten a WIG for 50.00 that would last 3 weeks. BOTTOMLINE- RIPOFF!!!
