Im sorry that you have a bad experience in this place... It happen to me too.. The best focus group that you can put with details about yout experience is the website and of course this same place.. Google maps ate getting more inclusive with a lot of locations .. That include managers from different stores ... They are looking more at this areas... Finally!!
