This place is a rip off. I took my dog there because her ear flap was full of fluids. They told me the office visit was 45. They then told me they needed to drain it and possibly do surgery but we can try raining it first. Never once said anything about paying more than the 45.00 for the visit. They drained her ear flap with a syringe then put an antibiotic in it. Then came in and tried to charge me 377. I was like what is that for. They said she needed blood work and medications. I told them I just wanted to pay for what was done. They charged me the 45 plus 75 dollars for the draining. It took 2 min and one needle. They never once said there was an extra charge or that the office visit doesn’t count towards the draining. Centenial animal hospital is so much better and they out the office visit towards the procedures. I just couldn’t get her in until the end of the week. Do not go here unless you have money to throw away. Centenial animal hospital is there for your pets not to nickel and dime you. They have worked with me so much in the past I regret not waiting to go to them.

Internal lack of communication, lack of professionalism, greedy. My dog had recently developed a cyst on the back of his neck, so I requested treatment from this establishment. They were able to puncture and drain the cyst to a moderate extent, leaving some fluid in the sac. The vet technicians and the Dr. recommended for my dog to be placed on steroids and antibiotics to keep the sac from filling up ($300). The sac continued to fill after undergoing the recommended treatment. I have moved away for college and could not look after my dog, so I left him in the care of my father. I requested to change the primary contact to his cell, yet they continued to contact my cell phone. This instance had to occur multiple times, even with the doctor himself before they managed to contact the correct person (my father). Therefore, I believe there is a lack of internal communication as they can’t even manage a change of cell phone numbers. Continuing with the treatment, they further recommended surgical intervention to remove the cyst ($900). My father, being the proprietor of the treatment, visited the establishment and requested to speak to the doctor. He questioned why the doctor did not undergo the surgery from the starting point, wasting our time and money with a treatment that was not guaranteed to work. After being questioned, the doctor did not take kindly to criticism and revoked the opportunity for surgery as he stated that he would no longer do it for us. Withholding service to loyal clients seems unprofessional in my eyes. This experience is unfortunate as the vet technicians have been friendly to me during my goings here. I hope to save you all a trip here by doing my best to express the lack of professionalism and respect that this doctor practices with his clients.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My dog had to get her teeth cleaned and a couple of her baby teeth extracted. She had to go under anesthesia for this procedure so I was a bit nervous. She did absolutely fine and had a recovered in no time. Her teeth are so clean and she's no longer in pain from the infected teeth. The price was also very reasonable compared to quotes I got from other clinics. Big thank you to Dr. Singh and his staff. They are AWESOME!!!

Took great care of our Ray who had an abscessed tooth with swelling and infection. Got us in same day. And the doctor called us to discuss additional treatment on the surgery day . Very honest ,caring and professional. Kristen brought our boyz out after surgery and was informative with home instructions and answered all my questions. Thank you for caring for our baby!
