Beautiful spot. Great picnic shelter , benches to sit, awesome trails and a lovely dock. Canoes and kayaks can be rented.

There is a one picnic shed but it's mainly for launching your boat or rent and do kayaking. They have an office at the site where you can reach out to them via phone/online. You can simply visit for no cost... It's beautiful.

It's a good place for one who loves boating and fishing. Good place to just spend some time sitting on benches and feel the breeze and see the water view. I gave 4 ratings just because for us it was just a small walk and we don't do fishing / boating.

Sadly swimming is not allowed in any of Greensboro's watershed lakes. As Mark indicated, you can boat and fish in most of them.
