My father had an foreign object stuck in his eye and this Optometry was the only clinic willing to accept us as walk-ins. The front staff was absolutely amazing, the optometrist was very professional and helped us out right away. Most definitely recommend this clinic. We appreciate the help this clinic gave us today.

I used to go here very often with my kids, but the doctor always spent time talking about her and my personal lives, and did not mention one thing about my kids eyes. After this situation, we went to another optometrist at a different location who is far more professional than them. They examined my children’s glasses given from the this location, and realized the prescription was WAY too strong for my kids eyes. This resulted in my kids having worse eye sight. This is very unprofessional and I am very upset about this. No wonder my kids complained about being dizzy for weeks after receiving the glasses. I am no longer going to go to this location. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. This is madness.

The staff and doctors are always professional, friendly, and efficient. My family moved out of the 4S area, but always return to 4S Eyecare. Dr. Natalie Li has been our doctor and never disappoints. She makes it easy to understand what needs to be done and is genuinely engaged in understanding any issues one may have.

My eyes are perfect...well, at least they use to be. Recently, I went back to school and my classes have me reading constantly. I had been noticing that things are increasingly more blurry sporadically throughout the day and I was developing mild headaches. I was in the area visiting my in-laws and my sister-in-law recommended that I get them checked and referred me to 4S Eyecare. Dr. Li was great. Short wait time, courtesy and respectful. She was very knowledgeable and capable. Dr. Li took the time to explain to me that I was experiencing eye strain and fatigue. She prescribed low-dose reading glasses for me and even helped me pick frames that worked well with my face. (an aside: as a male I find it very challenging selecting a pair of frames that look good on me) Best part, very reasonable fees. Thanks 4S Eyecare!
