July 17, 2:40 pm: After waiting way too long in drive thru I watched the two cars in front of me turn away and drive off. I shouted hello when I drove up… heard someone say they would be back. I thought they may want to know so I informed them that two cars just drove off and was told rather indignantly that they only had three people working and unless I wanted to help out I could come inside to place my order. I am not sure what ever happened to customer service, or basic civility… busy or not busy. Oh, those folks work at Chick-fil-A. I left obviously and will go somewhere else when in the area… there are plenty of options.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we went through before our Walmart trip we were told the system was down and they would not be able to take orders for at least 30-45 minutes. We done our shopping and went back through. They were up and running and we thought the food was fresh and hot we dug into our $5 biggie bags. By the time we got home 15 minutes every single One of us were running to the nearest bathroom. Staff are usually friendly but service and food are horrible. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I waited at the drive through speaker (only car in line) and after a while I just drove around thinking there was an issue with the speaker. Nope. When I got to the window the lady looked at me like I was crazy and was being absolutely rude to me that she was helping someone else like I am a wizard and can see through the restaurant that she is helping someone. In this instance, a simple "can you please wait a minute" would have been sufficient. Either way she had enough of an attitude that I just left and she could care less. It makes no sense why people act like that. This was about 11am on 4/8/22

We showed up with 6 of us at a busy time. They are drive through only. Food did take a little bit longer than usual, but they managed to get our order right and not mess it up even wth 6 people, so I'd say they did pretty good. They also seemed pleasant despite the rush.
