The restaurant was just nasty. Smelled bad. Food was ok but I wished I'd went through the drive thru so I wouldn't have smelled the inside.

I live in liberty and let me tell you. I spend money with these guys EVERY SINGLE DAY. Almost. And almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don’t get my whole order. Today I bought a mcchicken 2apple pies and a coffee for my ol man. I just wanted coffee mcchicken and med fry. I ask at the window if two mcchickens are in this small bag that they just handed me full of food, they said yes. I’m in a rush trying to get back to work and I leave. I get to work realize there’s only one McChicken in the bag everything else is there I ate half the fries on the way to work. I just gave the food to my old man didn’t say anything about my food not being there. This is not the first time I spent money that I didn’t have and still didn’t get to eat! Every time I try to call this McDonald’s they never answer the phone. So now I end up stuck at work and never getting my refund or my food. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed. I hope they make a new McDonald’s somewhere close soon.

The employees were nice but the attention to detail was lacking. I was not given every thing I ordered so I had to go back to the counter. The employee gave me the missing items without any problems. The kids meal was missing the toy. My little girl went to the counter and asked about it and they gladly gave her one. The sweet tea was out at the drink station.

The only reason I’m giving it such a low rating is because I have to go to work early in the morning and I’d like to get a double quarter pounder because McDonald’s is supposed to serve lunch/dinner until 5AM I find it disappointing that mine stops breakfast a little bit before 4AM and the woman who takes orders in morning time has an attitude every time I’ve come through here for food. Something needs to change and they need to follow protocol.
