Food was so damn good....forgot to take pic before we ate. Good grilled food, yams were homemade and dressing was goid. My burger was made with fresh ground beef and fresh veggie toppings. Fries were good. Not over seasoned

I wanted to rate this a 5. But the customer service is never quite up to par when I go. I typically go here prior to holidays to get chitterlings so I don’t have to cook them my house or smell them. They are always good but even when I called to ask a question, the phone service was not great. Just a feeling of being rushed/like I’m bothering them. Also have tried the Mac and cheese. It’s ok but I opted to make my own instead the next time I had a craving. The customer service has thwarted me from visiting more often even though I live in the area. Maybe I should give it more chances throughout the year.

Poor customers service & their food is a class c who orders a turkey burger 🍔 like $6 with absolutely nothing on it? Not even a piece of cheese in which you ask for... What's even more disgraceful I have to go to 7-Eleven to put cheese on my turkey burger and chili to make something out of it paying customers shouldn't never have to substitute a meal...
