I visit this store at least once a week specifically for the hot food bar. For $6, you will get some fantastic quick lunch and these serves STACK your plate high. My only complaint is that the store tends to be a little confusing if I'm looking for something specific.

A nice, American owned grocery store. They ave a nice selection of items and meat,although prices are ,of course, a but higher than the big box grocery stores.

Great cooked food section. I go there almost everyday for lunch. Prices for cooked food is very reasonable but some of the grocery items are overpriced and some are cheaper than other stores so its hit or miss with that but I guess every grocery store is like that.

They have a fresh bakery and I ask a friend to stop by and pick up half dozen cookies on her way to my house. This is what she brought. They are WAY over baked. Actually burned. And they taste burned. I'm glad I didn't get a full dozen! I told my friend she should have known better than to buy these at that price, but Ingles should be embarrassed to be selling these at that price. These never should've been in the display case. Not without a heavy markdown. Tells me all I need to know about the bakery if they think these cookies are acceptable.
