A great place to spend some time outdoors. They have plenty of parking. Pavilions that would be good for a picnic lunch. They have trails throughout area. Some are paved trailes while others are through the woods dirt paths. The dirt path trails have lots of roots. The paved trails had an interactive story board for kids to read as you walk. This park is dog friendly with poop bags and garbage pails to dispose of.

Lovely trail in the woods. We are pretty out of shape but were still able to make it. From the parking lot through the woods and back it's 1 mile with an elevation of 54 feet. It took us a little over 30 minutes because we stopped to take pics and sit a few times. There are benches midway which is nice and a lovely creek and bridge. Definitely our new favorite hike in the area.

This place is great. Bathrooms. Playground. Walking trail. We love it and all the kids can do it 6-14 years old. Gazebo. Picnic tables. Swings. Stream.

Nice little path/playground. There is a paved loop that makes a short walk even better surrounded by nature, and for kids there is a nice literary adventure if they are learning to read. There is also a longer "off-road" path if you want a little more nature. It winds through the trees and snakes around a nice little creek with a few fish swimming in the deeper parts. I've enjoyed walking and trail running here, it's a wonderful respite from the never ending suburbia of Denver!

There is a short paved walking loop which also extends into a larger light gravel walking trail.
Pretty short, only takes about 10 minutes.
I would say so! Very peaceful, even when theres a lot of cars its very quiet and nice. People have always been super friendly and nice. I love taking my dog for a walk along the trail.
Park hours are posted at the entrance to the park.

No fenced area for off leash dogs, but tree walking trails that go into the woods marked Carolina thread trail are excellent for dog walks. There is a shallow creek they can play in too.
