Delish! They were busy at the time we stopped, and we're very efficient and getting orders out. Food was hot and tasty. Employees were friendly. Only thing that turned me .. one employee who was putting together orders, quite well I may add .. scratched her head while doing so. She mainly used tongs, but not all the time, and did physically touch some food items. I'm in the food industry, and that's a big no no. I'm sure it wasn't done purposely, but you gotta always be careful when handling other people's food.

If I could go lower I would. My wife and I stopped at this location because she had to really use the restroom. We also love Bojangles and were going order food. The doors were locked an entire hour early, but the dining room was full of people. None of the employees attempted to open the door after I banged on the window for over 5 minutes. Finally one of the customers came and opened the door for us. Extremely unprofessional staff. Edit: we tried to go through the pick up line but they didn’t have any Cajun fillet biscuits so we just drove off. Will never return to this location.

So let me just say that I got food poisoning from here. The chicken was raw and cold. Also, they take extremely long during drive thru. I waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. Keep in mind I was the only person in the Drive THRU. It seemed like they were horse playing because I had heard laughing in the mic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Eat Your Cereal

As a fast food employee this is not how a restaurant should be operated we waited 10 minutes for them to give us 5 fingers when we could see them sitting in front of us. We didn’t get our food until we asked about it and after we asked about our food we were mocked by the employees as we were leaving. Employees also didn’t look very well trained for the job. Also the sauce is prepackaged and not home made and the tenders are very small for the price.
