Had a temporary access issue that Raptis Books handled promptly. They are a first class bookseller and I hope to more business with them soon!

The selection of first edition books in many areas of interest is unparalleled. Matthew and his staff provide a welcoming atmosphere to find the perfect gift for special people we all know who think they have it all - that is until they are surprised with a treasured autographed first edition book from a favorite author. Finding that perfect book for yourself can be a gift to yourself, and then a gift to share with those closest friends and loved ones who mean the most.

I visited Raptis Rare Books this past week and I am only sad I had not gone in sooner. It is a wonder of a place filled with the most treasured and meticulously cared for books. It is clearly evident that the shop owners and staff have a love for the stories they carry, even framing the most famous quotes from each book...enticing the buyer passing by to want more. Adrienne, proudly showed me a First edition and an original manuscript of the Giving Tree. I look forward to returning soon. I loved discovering this space full of words and words are a gift worth giving that Raptis Rare books is doing in the most wonderful of ways.

This is a gem in the outside shopping area. The only place I wanted to see while in palm beach. Matthew was so kind. When I have a library someday I will be going back to buy some of these awesome books! It was small though and pricey.
