The food is fine, once you actually get it. If you have the time, or are willing to wait 20+ minutes, go for it. This most certainly shouldn't be called fast food because it is anything but fast. I ordered cinnamon bites, which takes 3 mins in a deep fryer and a banana milkshake. I find it important to note I was the only person in the drive-through. after waiting 10 minutes for my order The cashier comes to let me know they are waiting on the ice cream to freeze for my milkshake…??? So i guess the ice cream is melted??? So after waiting 12 minutes I left with no food or milkshake in hand thanks sonic

Since when does a restaurant close earlier than expected? Waited 40 minutes, tons of cars waiting. Some were able to order at the window while others waited at the intercom. Poor customer service. Something should’ve been said, anything! That wait was ridiculous and the employees you have there, A+, not.

Not a bad experience. My food was cold but decent. The lady that brought my food was nice.
