Great food, but feel a little un-easy about being asked to tip electronically before paying and finding it difficult to navigate away from the tipping screen, almost like being forced to tip.

Our first experience was amazing, I read reviews before I came here and people are living life too fast to enjoy themselves. My fiance ordered Fettuccine Alfredo for 9.99, I orded the Shrimp and Chicken Ala Rosa for 13.99, and we got the breadsticks appetizer for 6.79. My Ala Rosa Specifically was a major surprise for me. For 13.99 I got enough food for 3 people to eat... TLDR Food is absolutely amazing and a great place to relax and enjoy a family dinner.

If zero stars was an option that’s what I’d give, we live very close to roma so eat carry out pretty often. We called in an order tonight and they told us 45 minutes. We showed up in 45 mins and they said 7-10 minutes after waiting 45 minutes more we asked about our food & they told is 7-10 minutes again. After waiting AGAIN we went back up to be told they gave our order to someone else. All in all we waited 2 HOURS on an order of wings and cheese bread! Very disappointed, seems like they would hire some more cooks instead of having seven 16 year old waitresses and 1 cook!!

Came to Romans three times and successfully ordered food once. It was excellent but the customer service is terrible. Our first trip we looked up their hours and and they closed at 9. Walked in at 8:30 and they decided to close early and refused to send us with carry out.(Before Covid) Our second trip we successfully had lunch and it was fantastic, so we felt like Romas redeemed themselves, but it was our third trip that they closed the dining room at 8 pm even when they were open until 9. We will not go back, it isn’t worth the gamble, and potentially prolonging our hunger.
