Normally buy bottles of water there, however, in the last several months, everytime I stop there, there is no water. After several times of this happening, we tried to return the empty bottles to get the deposit back. No one knew how to do this , the manager Sue, didn't know either. Makes no sense you pay a deposit for the bottles, if you can't buy water there you have to go somewhere to get it, you are entitled to get your refund. Don't shop here, customer service is awful.Tried calling customer service said they would pass it on.

Usually very happy with service but tonight was different. I placed a drive up order that would be ready for pickup between 7:30-8pm. I arrived at 7:30p and checked in immediately. I waited 10 minutes before checking in again, and asking my significant other to go into customer service and let them know we have been waiting for a little bit. After 20 minutes total waiting, someone comes out and throws the groceries into my trunk without checking to see if I was the correct recipient (there were 2 others cars waiting for at least 10 minutes). I called the store back to talk with a manager about me being unsatisfied with the wait and customer service I received. The manager was rude and essentially blew me off. She questioned who my significant other talked to because she claimed she was the only person at customer service as of 7:30p. She even asked for a description of the person and then began to tell me my significant other didn’t go to the counter to seek help. I guess it’s okay for management at ShopRite to question and accuse customers of lying. I will never come back to any ShopRite location.

Love this grocery store. It has the best fruits and vegetables!! Prices are comparable to other local grocery stores. Selection of items are wonderful because they carry some items you wouldn’t be able to find at other stores. Layout of the floor flows well. It’s not cluttered and it’s always clean.

I was disappointed today when I was told by the seafood dept that I needed to pre pay for my purchase and then pick it up. So, I paid for the item, went back to the seafood department and was not given the sale price. Therefore, I then had to go to customer service for the refund after I stood in line not once but 3 times. I'm done with this store that has gone downhill over the last few years. They have no staff and the ones there are horrible. I'll shop at Hennings and gladly pay more.

Possibly on-demand is the reason is its not available at both stores just like point pickup service is available at Hatfield 40 foot road and not Hatfield Bethlehem pike my guess if shoppers complain enough they probably would make it happen
They don't have a pharmacy anymore. Boy I miss them.
