Never posted a review for anything before, but I hope in doing so service may improve. I recently saw Dr. Ezeamama to establish care as a first-time Kaiser patient. I had several concerns that I needed to be seen for as well. Check-in and the nurses were great, however I was extremely disappointed with the level of care from the Dr. She came rushing in, talking a mile a minute. I was hardly able to voice my concerns (which are pressing matters and affect my daily life). She told me “I’m just an internist” and I need to see a specialist for each problem, further delaying care. She listened to my breath sounds and heartbeat and that was it. When a nurse came back I asked if anything could be done about a painful skin condition and she was shocked when I showed her what I’ve been dealing with. She was surprised Dr. Didn’t offer any help, but said she would send her a message and see if she was still in office. I was then told Dr. Had a meeting and that’s probably why she rushed through my appointment. She had prescribed meds for another condition (which cannot be abruptly stopped.) My appointment was on Friday and she still has not sent a request in for them to be filled. Needless to say, I will not be continuing care with her.

No compassion for people who are new to Kaiser and don’t really know where to go or how it works. The people at check-in seem to be quite annoyed if you don’t know something they expect you to know. Also the person verbally attacking people for not knowing they still enforce mask policies is not the best welcome

This location is horrible from the security, check in clerks, nurses and doctors. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to especially because I come to the hospital for my health and no seems to care. They all make me feel like I’m bothering them everyone is in a rush to get you out without really trying to fix the concern. I have never felt like such a bother at any other hospital. This Kaiser is 10 minutes away but I will take a longer drive to another Kaiser because every time I come the entire staff is rude. Im actually working on leaving Kaiser although just because of this location.

After seeing the horrendous lines at the Murrieta Kaiser for COVID testing, I looked up testing sites and saw Kaiser opened up walk-up testing here. I did the e-visit, drove over, and there were 4 people ahead of me in line. The nurse input my information, prepared the kit, showed me how to do the swab, and I did it by myself in my car. Much like if you did a CVS drive-thru test. I walked it back up to the drop off and was done within 25-30 minutes. Thank you for making it so easy. I was about to drive all over SoCal to look for a drug store test.

Wow, I missed this question!!! I got lab work done without taking ANY paperwork. They had all I needed on file. My info.
Those are the closest right now. Maybe in murrieta some day. For now they do contract with inland eye specialists and lobue vision center if you want an appt closer to home

Yes, and they are in a glass "booth" you can see near the door. By having them in there it keeps them from getting wet, if we actually ever got rain. :)

No. Urgent care is walk in only but wait times can be long. You might want to call and see if any appointments are available in primary care first.
