I wish there were no stars. Today went into the forever 21 store and this my favorite place to go shopping, I usually go to the Rockaway Nj location. I went up the counter to pay he was mean to the customer before me and gave me and attitude because I forgot to mention I had a gift card. I will not allow anyone to treat me the way he treated me. No hi how are you? or did you find everything you are looking for? He also throw my gift card at the computer after he was done typing it in. I said as I left the store I will not shop at this location again. He needs to learn how be nice to people or learn customers service skills. I will not be back to this location.

This use to be my daughters favorite shop because they had really nice clothes that were very affordable... I felt it was very disorganized...cramped and they never had sizes over a large and I am a 2x... Our last trip there they had renovated and the prices were not that affordable anymore...

Was in the Lehigh Valley Mall location on Tuesday after striking out at other stores I wandered into Forever 21. Although I did not make a purchase, the staff and the manager that morning were phenomenal. I’ve been to this location before and had an issue with their assistant managers, but the store manager on Tuesday was very helpful. The employee in the fitting room was extremely helpful as well. They did a great job on the remodel too, I just wish they had plus size though.

I don't shop here specifically, but I go in just to browse. They have great accessories for men and women, if you know what you're looking for. Always polite. Staff really interactive. Store is impeccably clean.
