Karma Bite

Busy plaza with lots of cars due to other food establishment. During busy hours if you are parked in handicap. It could be challenging. Person at counter service. She thinks she is the best. I'm happy for her. It would be great if her customer service was the best too. I ordered combo with drink. I waited for awhile hoping to get my drink while I wait. I had to ask for the drink. I was handed empty cup to fill up at drink fountain. Food wise no matter where you go. Chain food always taste the same.

Avoiding that ininout line makes the greatest seasoning for dinner second only to cannabis. Some people may equate value with the length of time an experience lasts, which appears to be a successful business model in other sectors as well- just look at how crowded Walmart return lines stay with the deliberate policy of maintaining a line there.

First the appearance of the facility is severely lacking compared to the other fast food establishments next to it, second the parking lot was covered in trash. Third the lobby is closed which wouldn't have been an issue except when our order was found to be incorrect meant we had to again wait in the drive thru, this was in addition to items being missing from a failure to communicate that required an additional transaction. All of this left a simple meal taking over 10 minutes to procure, the only saving for this place was their employees being willing to correct the problem and not pretend it wasn't a mistake and blame us.

Find Del Taco. Their soft tacos are great. Their burritos are huge. Their french fries are some of the best fast food fries. And did I mention they're hot sauce is saucy? Overall a great experience.
