My car was insanely dirty! Three kids on a month long road trip. Staff was friendly and helped me out and recommended I get detailing on my car once I arrived back home (which was 10 years away from this car wash).

NEVER again! I pulled in for “full service.” With a $42.00 charge, I expected my car to be clean. It only has 6000 miles on it - so it’s not like it’s been used hard and was filthy. For $42.00 you get about TEN MINUTES of cleaning. There are still crumbs in the seats, bugs on the window, and hair on the floor. The outside is not clean - no towel dry and dirt marks still on the vehicle. Tires were not shined. When I asked questions - one employee thought he would start yelling at me. I asked him to walk away, and he didn’t - until the manager told him to. To be fair, they offered to run it through again - but to what end?? I was alone in the waiting room - had already been confronted by one employee - and just wanted to cut my losses and move on. I will never go back and hope others don’t make the same mistake I did!

I have multiple vehicles, have visited many many car washes in my 60 years and continue to be incredibly impressed with not only the wash, but the service and the personal touch at this local business. They are not like the typical chain car washes that are out there. They are efficient, coat-effective, and, the BEST wash in the area!!!

Platinum Exterior Car Wash -- $21. This place has gone virtually automatic. You don't get out of your car for external wash. Pay via CC or gift card after choosing your level of car wash on a touch screen. Guys spray down your car before entering wash tunnel. My car came out very clean. As good as any other brush car wash IMO. Can't tell if I got all the "extras" while going thru the tunnel. Used to be able to watch each station when you watched from inside. Gold wash was $16 I believe. Also a Silver level wash. Process was quite quick. Looked like there were two men working the full service lane vacuuming inside of cars. No one at the end to hand dry your car if that matters to you. The jet blowers got my car almost dry. Some drops on the mirrors and rear window.
