Love Costco generally. It is the best of the big box stores, hands down. However, not a fan of their tire shop. Recently, I had a flat (gash on sidewall) at 9k miles on tread & took it back for replacement under their warranty. The tire had a 70k warranty & was purchased eight months ago. It was pro-rated but still cost me over $70! I had to pay 30% of the tire’s price under their road hazard warranty for a tire with minimal wear.. Adding insult to injury, I had to remount the new tire myself because they were overwhelmed. Complained to customer service supervisor but received an uncharacteristic, unsympathetic response. Lots of excuses, justifications & “I wouldn’t hang my complaint on that” retorts to my complaint. I’ll continue to use Costco for bulk purchases but I’ll go to a tire store for tires in the future.

So I've been a member here for over 20 years. Trying to break the tradition of going in to purchase one item but leaving and spending more than $100+ on what I didn't really need! I'm sure some can relate! This place is always clean, well stocked but at times mobbed at peak hours! Try shopping early or late on weekdays and your experience will be much less stressful....Ciao!

Costco is my go to for most of our household cleaners and such. We don’t buy meat here but mostly our cheeses and some produce which is usually good. We buy dog pee pads which are the nicest ones we’ve found. Price isn’t bad either. Contractor grade Trash bags have been replaced with Kirklands own brand which are much thinner but they still work. Can’t find paper cups there anymore either. Store is always clean and the employees are pleasant most of the time. We appreciate the lower gas prices compared to others.

An addiction is an understatement. I’m here every day, most days I wake up with Costco’s on the brain. They have it all …. Like everything, getting a membership was the best decision I’ve ever made.
