Honestly, very sub par experience in both the mens and women’s stores. Both stores were visually appealing, but the quality of customer service wasn’t great to say the least. Going in to the women’s store, I was planning on purchasing a bag for my wife, once she found one that she liked. My wife had wanted a Louis for several years and I figured it would be fun to go in, enjoy the luxury experience and sleeve with a bag. However, the experience was so poor, I think we both lost interest and ended up leaving with nothing. With luxury items, I really value the experience and prefer to purchase in person. If the experience isn’t there, I have no interest in the product or the brand. It’s hard to put into words, but I have zero desire to step foot in this store again. The experience was probably on the level of a Macy’s.

Welcome to LV design district, where making a quick buck comes before the clients best interests. Long story short I bought sunglasses about two weeks ago (mind you there’s different sizes), I was made aware of this at another LV here in Miami (BH to be specific) I then realized I was sold the wrong size and went to exchange them as any person would. I arrive and they won’t exchange them despite being within the 30 day exchange period because of “excessive” wear when they’ve only been worn one time. What’s the point of a “client advisor” when they don’t even brief their clients on different options/sizes (in other words do their job), just sell you thousand dollar sunglasses and send you out the door. You guys should be ashamed, if your advisor is Frantz Beaubrun ask for different advisor and don’t even try and speak to management at this location (speaking for the Mens boutique only in MDD) they’ll tell you there’s nothing they can do and send you out the door with sparkling water and some measly cologne samples. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere!

Terrible customer service. The employees will definitely judge based on your clothes and looks as if they haven’t learned anything in life. We looked around for a while and none of the 5 employees came to even say hi. I guess wearing gym clothes is not acceptable. Also, they turned away a customer at 7:15pm who came from far and who had an appointment with her sales rep. Apparently, they sell so much that they don’t need your money. Better go across the street to Hermēs or to Christian Louboutin where they treat everyone with respect.
