One of the worker there NEVER wears his mask. It's always under his lips. I've witnessed him touch already cooked food in the back without gloves. I've complained about this twice. They only give me free food... This is nice but doesn't solve the issue at all. Stop touching my food with bare hands especially after you rubbed your face.
