We contracted this company to move my mother today. Nobody showed to do the move. We called the office and nobody responded. We drove to the office and nobody answered the door. We finally found some guy to ask and told us to wait a minute, then got in his car and drove off. Finally we found someone else who informed us the entire staff quit yesterday. Don't bother with these guys.

Edit: This company has went completely downhill and customer service is their last priority. Seems like they should get new employees and treat them better or hire a new manager. (Polite and hardworking crew that got the job done.Also, the office manager was very nice and understanding. I'd recommend Lausch's to anyone wanting a good hassle free move.)

The upfront guys are very responsive and sounded reasonable but that's just to lure you in. The crew took enough breaks to ensure the bill came in just over the quoted range. As in a 15 minute break every half hour. I was assured that the guys would unassembled and reassemble all furniture. They put a bed with storage back together wrong and never corrected it. They also stopped responding altogether when I tried to get them to come back and fix it. Do NOT use this company! I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office Bureau of Consumer Protection so it's on file for others to see. Again, do NOT use this company!

My recent move using Lausch's exceeded my expectations. Jessica was very helpful with all my questions and answered them promptly. My crew of Nate, Jamie, Seth and Mike B were very polite and courteous. They worked swiftly and efficiently and took great care not to damage my belongings or the homes I moved out of and in to. What a great team this company has! I would highly recommend them!
