I thought they were good until my 4.5 mo old puppy started having an emergency issue due to a supposed genetic defect and sickness. I tried to rush him there but they refused to take him for an emergency appointment so I had to bring him to Bluepearl Hospital where they let him die, literally. The 1st doctor said he had fluid on his lungs and diagnosed him with pleural edema that came from a choke item she couldnt identify. The next day when I brought him back a different doctor claimed the other doctor was completely wrong and it was a genetic defect and it was respiratory failure. If I were you, I would bring my dog elsewhere. Somewhere they genuinely care about animals. Update: My issue wasn't the means that were out of you guys control. It was not be being able to get an appointment with you guys until 2 days later in the late afternoon when he needed adequate care. And when he didn't make it to the appointment because he died. The only thing the receptionist said was "oh, im sorry, I will take him off the schedule." Nothing like what I'm getting from you now on a Google review

The doctor was very thorough. He explained the lab results and X-ray findings in detail. The office was able to get us a new-client appointment immediately. We will be transferring our pets to their care today.

Dr Lee is the best!! He is so good with the animals. He really cares about your pet, even calling to follow up on your pet after a sick visit or surgery. You never feel rushed or like a number and dr Lee and the staff take time to thoroughly explain everything to you. I have recommended Dr Lee to several friends looking for a vet for their pets.

I've got mixed feelings. They were anxious to take emergency appointment and following quick appointment for ultrasound. (Total cost $1k.) I was supposed to get a call in 2 wks regarding an oncology consult. That never happened. 2.5 week later I asked them to euthanized my cat. Dr Lee didn't follow through
