The Gaslamp Artisan Market is the best place to find cool local stuff! The vendors we're super nice, and there are so many great people-watching spots!

There is no cooked food so dogs are welcome
This information seems to be unavailable. Unless canceled, I would expect the proprietor to maintain the current schedule through December. It has become a fixture in san diego and will likely be around for a while so mind the calendar.
The Green Line operates between Downtown San Diego and the city of Me Santee. It runs a 38.km stretch. You can board it on G street just near Seaport Village shopping area, if you are already downtown. Hope that helps.
There are plenty of dog friendly restaurants on the street, which has made this street very popular with dog owners. Not to mention it's healthy to socialize your dog in crowded areas, as long as they aren't a nuisance I don't see the problem.
There are markets on both days.
