Just ordered a brand new Sig Legion here and their distributor sent the restricted model. The staff here remedied the situation with a cool hand and a focus on customer satisfaction. Any shop can maintain professionalism when things work perfectly but the way they handled the situation was impressive. In person transfers are @ $21 something with tax. I want to say Internet transfers around 35 but check their website.
That is a legal question best answered by the gun store itself. I'm a Florida licences who had to have my purchase shipped to Florida. As a recommendation, get your Pennsylvania concealed weapons licence. You're able to carry I over 30 states and usually can get a handgun without any waiting period... check your local laws and possibly consult with an attorney. But, if this shop has the gun you want... if not they can probably order it... but it here! Great folks. If I lived near there that's where I'd want to work!
