Since they opened I put up with their sky high prices when I needed something small & was in a hurry... then today needed a few items and to do a Craftsman tool warranty exchange. They guy at the register asked did you buy the Craftsman tool here, and I said no. (It doesn't matter as that warranty is, and for eons has been unlimited.) He says we don't do that! Then after a little more discussion told him this would be my last visit & he didn't seem phased in the least. So much for trying to support local small businesses... they have no issue taking money, but aren't there when their bread/butter clientele needs support. Who needs that, life's too short... sorry, from now on it's Lowes, HD or Amazon for hardware items.

I'm always amazed at the large selection for the smaller size of the store compared to the big box stores . Always get what I need and the rewards program is a nice perk.

Very helpful staff. Well staffed store. Very clean. Highly recommended. I was looking for plumbing snakes when I visited. Staff recommended the less costly one and when I pointed out the more expensive one, he explained all the differences. I went with the more expensive one and was very satisfied.
