Stopped in here and found a red Michael Kors purse and was about to purchase it but then I looked it up online to make sure it was real. It was definitely fake and they wanted $35 for it. I still would have taken it to use just as a bag for work so I asked the sales girl if they can do something with the price because it is fake and she asked another girl that said they do not carry any real mk purses in the store, they get sent out to auction so even the other girl said that’s a high price for a fake. They called over the manager and she came over and was rude and said she can’t change the price for me and not anyone else. I said no one else asked about it, I did. Whoever priced that purse was wrong but she refused to change the price. Goodwill gets all of their things as donations for free and to charge $35 for a USED and FAKE Purse is completely absurd and ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves to rip people off and sell fake purses for such a high cost.

Even if it's one or two things I pick up it's always worth the visit. Huge selection, lots on the merchandise with nice customers and employees.

They were super nice!!! Today they had a mystery gift- The item is already wrapped and very inexpensive. They had several gifts ready to go for the whole family. Very nice idea and you can help by buying the gift. Thanks for coming up with this idea. I had lots of fun shopping. Your staff was super helpful and very nice. You have a nice group of people working for you. I appreciate the hard work you do.

This store is well lit, clean, and organized, which is why I gave it two stars. However, the prices are too high and I would give it zero stars based on that. The main point of non-profit second-hand stores is to provide access to inexpensive clothing and home goods to people who might otherwise not be able to afford them, especially when the stores acquire their merchandise through donations. Whoever is in charge of pricing the merchandise at this store needs to be retrained, prices at other locations are a lot more reasonable. My daughter and I went to drop off a box of donations and decided to walk in to look around, and we were both astounded at the high prices! Next time we'll bring our donations to The Salvation Army or another thrift store. Goodwill seems to be more interested in funding their executives' salaries than in charity work.
