This is the second Mexican food restaurant we have tried here in the Roseburg area. And although slightly better then the first place it still was only in the high 3 star zone but in close proximity to a 4th star, but no where near a 5th star. Service was great and most of the food was decent. The salsa and chips were solid as where the rice and beans, but my shredded beef tasted like the lid to container of taco seasoning accidentally popped off while they were seasoning the meat and no added water was added to properly emulsify the seasoning into a sauce. I was very hopeful going in, as this place has good ratings overall, but unfortunately this is not someplace I would recommend if the food is your primary focus. The drinks and the service are awesome though, so for happy hour or just drinks and appetizers I would definitely consider stopping in. If the quality of the food matched the service and the drinks this could be a five star place.

Waitress was curt and treated us like we were dumb for asking questions. Menu doesn't say that drinks don't come with refills (like everywhere else does) so we went without drinks by the time our food arrived. Enchiladas were tiny and dry, no cheese or sauce like they were described to have. The slice of tomato in the taco was bigger than the shell. Tostada was just a heap of lettuce on a shell. Not worth your money.

One of the best in Douglas county. Seated quickly. Ordered. Had some c-chips with excellent salsa. Very pleased with portion size & quality. After all quality never goes out of style. Try it....

Very delicious chicken fajitas, rice and beans! Their roasted salsa is unique and has great flavor. Enchiladas are good but I prefer enchiladas with more sauce. When you walk in there is a sign that lets you know that service may be slow due to limited staff. When we arrived, we were the only ones there. You can tell some of the staff are burnt out. I’ve experienced this at many restaurants lately. It’s sad how overworked the people are who have continued to run a business or work hard during Covid, making it difficult to fake a smile at times.
