Keystone Villa at Fleetwood

Our mother was in another facility and transferred to the Personal Care section of Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. Within the first few days, she started to do physical mobility tasks that she had not done for weeks! The compassionate staff made her not only feel safe and welcome, but also have given her the confidence to improve on the ways she can do things for herself! The facility is beautiful, the apartment is spacious, and the menu has provided a wide range of delicious choices. Seeing our mother happy again has made the move to Keystone Villa at Fleetwood well worth it! Our whole family is looking forward to being part of this community.

Keystone Villa at Fleetwood has been a member of the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce for 10 years. Last week the Villa hosted the Chamber for lunch and a surprise wine tasting. Looking around, the staff and the residents always have smiles on their faces. Touring the facility you will find beautiful accommodations and endless amenities. All virus protocol were followed and we all felt very safe with the surroundings. A visit is definitely necessary to appreciate the Villa.

I have been at Keystone Villa at Fleetwood for about two months. It was a very good move that I made because I am enjoying the camaraderie with all the friendly residents I have met. Besides the residents the staff people are super. They can never do enough for you.They offer so many different activities that it is hard to explain what they all are. If you were thinking of coming here I think it would be your best decision. The rooms are very nice the food is very good and the people are fantastic.

It is hard to write a review of the actual facilities at the Villas because my dad experienced medical complications prior to checking in and he never got moved in. Nevertheless, one thing can absolutely be said emphatically..... The staff at Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is second to none! It is hard to imagine coming across a more caring group of professionals. The staff went beyond the call of duty on several occasions trying to accommodate the admittance of my father. The care and concern demonstrated by staff for a prospective resident was phenomenal, but what was even more amazing was care they showed for the family (located in several different states) during a difficult time. This may very well be the best non-customer review they ever receive. We told them that we believe in their model of senior care and we were excited to get my dad situated at The Villas. Despite never getting to be a part of their family, we were able to experience their loving and caring community and we are forever grateful for their efforts.
