The space was great a lot for room to move around. Beds were comfortable breakfast was simple but good. Public transportation was close by and food was only a block away. It would have been better if we was able to get some kind of house keeping for the entire week we was there. We was told staff was busy or not enough staff .

Great accommodations and the staff we helpful and friendly. Some of the other patrons caused some issues in the lobby but the staff handled it really well. Breakfast was not a five course meal, but it was good nonetheless. It was more than I expected in these times of COVID, and again the staff was really helpful. They went so far as to help one of my youngest children make a waffle since he was confused about the machine. Very clean, and safe. The water pressure was pretty low in the shower but again, nothing to really complain about. The only thing I would 100% say is to NOT take the elevator. That bad boy took longer to wait for than the stairs and was SLOW. But the hotel is only 4 stories tall so unless you have knee or back problems the stairs are easy to take. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again without any issues.

Positive: I was looking for the cheapest option for a hotel to visit my sone. I decided on this Comfort Inn. I definitely stay here again, clean room, friendly staff. Really no negatives at all. Highly recommend. Negative: The advertisement states that it is close to Yankee Stadium, well true and not true. It isn't far, but not really walkable, would need the subway or an Uber.

It's hard to find hotels in NYC equipped with both microwave and mini fridge. Environmental staff are more friendly than front desk staff. Continent breakfast provided. The elevator is a bit sketchy but it works. Easy access to both highway and trains.
