THE BEST LAUNDROMAT I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN 50 YEARS!! Spotless every where you look!! Comfortable atmosphere, kids play room, courtesy counter for soaps, drinks, snacks, gift shop area, free clothing table..!! Tons of machines in all sizes and CLEAN. Loved the smell of my clothes afterwards.. I could ACTUALLY smell the Downy and Tide I pay for instead of the 100 customers before me with kids and animals. 😁 Mostly the staff was AMAZING and helpful in showing me how to use their fancy machines and where everything was. Super cool place...super cool!!

Early morning laundry duty ugh. They have an ATM (2.99 fee) huge washers and dryers. Washer mode (hot, cold, perm press) dictate cost. 40 lb washer on warm was 4.50. Huge dryer 50 cents for 15 mins approx. Spotless facility and change machines. Kiddy play area and lots of rolling baskets and folding areas. Camping nearby so was super convenient. Attendant on duty to help get washer going. Great spot for that dirty hamper full.

It varies they have a lot of bigger washers starting from 3:00to huge washer 9:00
That is the best place in Roseburg and there is always 1 if not 2 employees working. If my memory is correct, yes they do have a variety of settings for drying. More than you would see regularly.
In the past the property manager that is located in the same building has managed those apts. Their office is near the street. Things may have changed after Jacque passed away, however.
