Good factory service. It feels a little like you're entering Fort Knox when you get there - they check your ID and enter your car license plate number. When you leave they usually check your trunk. You have to drive past a stretch of loading docks, around another section of massive warehouse, and then look for the nondescript yellow railing by a small staircase. Then you have to ring a buzzer to have them open the door. Service turnaround on a pro model camcorder that had been dropped/damaged was about 2 weeks.

I have a Sony ZS-S4iP portable CD player w/remote control...the player no longer response to commands from the remote...batteries are good and I had the remote checked out by an tech...it is good...

I am not sure of the exact cost, but you could call the Sony Pro Support Los Angeles to find out. The number is (323) 352-5007. Tbh though it would probably be cheaper to fix yourself or by going to a small repair shop if you are not comfortable doing the repairs.
