Your gas station has signs leading people to it from the freeway. Many of these people are looking for a bathroom. You're losing business to frustration and bathroom needs.

Location isn't the most convenient for me but still some of the cheapest diesel in town. I dropped one star for the akward gas attendant that hovered around me the entire time i was pumping fuel. He asked me three times if i wanted him to do it. The first no thanks he should have been on his way.

Devon the hiring manager is openly anti-Semitic. Harassing employees on days off, especially sabbath. Canceling shifts without telling us and complaining about worth without training or suggestions for improvement. Don't shop here please.

I showed up and 2 employees were outside I waited for someone to come help me but no one did..the female employee went inside while the male employee was still on his phone talking to someone... I then proceeded to pump my own fuel I was done and the guys was still on the phone and never bother to asked if I need it help...why hire employees when they won't work and we can pump our own fuel??

Yes, it is legal. However, some filling stations may have their own local rules about filling portable fuel cans. These rules may cover the size and number of cans that are allowed to be filled. ... Leave an air space so the fuel can expand as temperatures increase.
So depending on how many miles you get per gallon, you can probably go anywhere between 30-60 miles.
Filling up all the way is good, waiting till you are on empty is bad. If you wait til you are on fumes this will strain your fuel pump. It will start to suck up all the debris and water at the bottom of your tank.

The most important difference is in their durability. Metal cans are much more durable, but also much heavier. Plastic models have the advantage of being lighter and more portable, but at the cost of being less durable overall.
Some say that since a half a tank weighs less, it takes less fuel to drive around town on it. This may be true to a point, but the savings are insignificant at this level. ... When all is said and done, there isn't a huge difference in fuel consumption, but there are some definite pros to filling your tank.
At $3.55 per gallon, it already costs you $111.83 to fill up that Chevrolet Suburban, assuming you have the more fuel-efficient 1500 model, which comes with a 5.3-liter V8 engine and 31.5-gallon fuel tank. It gets 17 miles per gallon, which means you'll be filling up every 535 miles.
Habitually running the car to empty could lead to fuel pump damage and a repair potentially costing hundreds or even thousands in parts and labor. Filling up can be painful when prices are high, but it is an investment that will protect your vehicle and save you more time and money down the road.
Get to Safety If you still have some gas but are sure that you're about to run out, pull over to the shoulder of the road. If you run out of fuel in the middle of the road, stay in your car while getting help. Make sure to turn your hazard lights on, put your car in park and use your e-brake.
