It's ok for a fast food place...I particularly don't like Arby's but my husband loves the place...we just went thru the drive-in the other day to get him 2 Cheddar Melts...they were friendly and quick enough...the person taking our order didn't know what a Cheddar Melt was(we assume he was new)...we had to ask twice for enough Arby's sauce...when my Husband opened them to eat there was barley any melted cheddar on them, so that was disappointing... We'll probably give them another chance seeing as they are so close to us and my Husband really likes Arby's...

Good job to all general labors,assistant managers. It's not your fault the store is short staffed. Sign out front Greenville store just reopening,and short staffed. The 3 stars since 3 1/2 isn't option for the over worked employees, and assistant.

8pm on a Saturday (posted hours say 10pm) and the two young girls locking the door to get in their car as I pulled up had a look on their face like they were getting busted coming home after curfew. Fireworks were being set off in the neighboring town in about an hour....couldn't have had anything to do with closing early, now could it?
