We were at this store last week. Must be the worst store ever. The employees here does not care if you are waiting for a long time. One cashier actually was fixing hangers while the line was very very long!! And the two other cashier are so slow its not even funny. So sad for a store that we liked and for employees to not bother. Not recommended . Only if you are willing to wait for 2 hours.

I came into this store today and it was truly chaotic. I found a couple of things and went to pay. As per usual the line was long and slow. This couple and their daughter cut in front of me which I let go because I wasn't in the mood for problems. What was not okay with me is when they started spraying aerosol cans that were merchandise, obnoxiously while in the line. I asked them why would they do that and they immediately started harassing me. I told management and they did nothing while these people even got in my face, trying to provoke me and calling me names while I was with my two small children. I'm telling them to get away from me and calling management and security who stood idly by, some even laughing. This unprofessionalism and lack of control in their store is disgraceful. I left all my items and will never return. I have never had this experience in a store and before Nura wants to leave a general comment on this review I want to say don't. Actually do something to improve this store! You will continue to lose business with this poor management and manner of conducting business. As I was speaking to one of the managers he simply said well some people are just mean. How about don't permit people to use your products while in your store? How about don't allow customers to be harassed while trying to shop. Is your security just for show? Very sad. Delete my frequent shopper, unsubscribe me, it's over for you guys. I went to kohls right after and had a fantastic,I would even say peaceful, experience! Do better!

I was at your store today. My favorite and only store. The computers were down because of the rain and wind I understand. They mentioned it would be a while please be patient. At NO TIME did they mention CASH ONLY after 45 minutes in line, I was 4 or 5 customers before the register when the woman claims they said it over the loud speaker. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED THIS. So after I spent 1 hour shopping for my wife and I and tallied up a bill of $254 dollars ( NO ONE CARRIES CASH ANYMORE) the rude “ Manager” tells us “ oh no we’ve been sayin that” No one mentioned cash! I can tell you 6 people threw the clothing they were going to purchase on the side ( Like I did also) and walked out. The communication is VERY VERY POOR, The only person that was very nice and comforting was the security woman at the front. What a circus today. It’s a shame I have to drive to another town to purchase at Burlington. We are returning our credit card after it’s paid off… I’m done.

Sorry but this store is an absolute mess today. Every time I go there are only three registers are open. I bought two pair of pants for my aunt but there were at least 25 people on the line. I couldn't do it. So I put them back. I wonder how many sales they lose because of this. Are they too cheap to open more cashiers. The three girls that are at the registers are worked to death. It isn't fair. This is not the first time this has happened. It's a shame.
