I have been living here for 18 years. Since early 2020, the Property Manager, Sylvia Williams, and Resident Council President, Frank Broughman, have been using corruption, lying, deceit, and bullying tactics to make residents feel like we are imprisoned in a dungeon.

Morningside is like Melrose Towers. Just it only has six floors. People are pretty nosy at this place. Seniors and people who are disabled. Rent base on your income. Something brakes you have to pay. Even $2 for a light bulb.

Tony Hairston

An apartment complex with lounge on each floor. This semi living has a manger on site until 5p.m. as well as a laundry room on each of its 6 floors. I say about 20 residents live on each floor. There is 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. On each floor many residents sit down stairs. Seeing who comes in and out. Some nosy this facility is income based. People 62 or disabled. No light bill just your rent. Cox is the cable provider. You are close to Arbys and Dollars General.

There is not alot i can say about this place. I was with a friend and he stopped to see his god-mother. I didn't even go in.
