We deliberately chose MedExpress because they handle tick bites/Lyme Disease. The people were efficient, sincere and the first time for us, they made it easy and effortless. Josh, who took care of us, knew his "stuff" on ticks and gave us a lot of useful, hand's-on information, besides the medical side of it and the antibiotic used in this case. Everyone was warm, attentive and they LISTENED. So rare nowadays, but deeply appreciated by us. We will be utilizing their services, I'm sure, in the future. I took my daughter there on Saturday because she was coughing & very bad congestion & a very bad sore throat! She was seen by Christian Neff & with all of her symptoms he only gave her a cough syrup 🤨 I take her to her pcp on Monday & she as pneumonia!! And he didn’t even do a X-ray only checked for flu.. I want be going back because they did my friend the same way & she spent a week in Roanoke hospital with pneumonia 😞

The receptionist needs to take a seat, unless she is the worlds most over qualified secretary. I asked for a doctors note, not her opinion of how long my child should have been out of school. That choice is up to the medical professionals, her job is to say, “sure thing, we will work on getting that ready for you and you may pick it up any time after (insert time)” Lessen learned, make sure you ask the doctor for a school note at the time of the appointment and never have to call back. The only reason this is three stars and not one is because my son who was miserable at the time of the appointment absolutely adored the doctor and nurses.
