I had a flat tire I needed fixed they told me they couldn't use the tire I had and that I'd need a new one. I went somewhere else to buy the tire and put it on my rim and went back to Walmart for help to put it on my car and they said they couldn't because of another rule where the tire had to be in specific range with the other tires to do so. Wasted 2 days of my time and could've had the people who fixed my rim and tire put it on for me instead. I do not trust Walmart anymore for they don't tell the full truth of what you can expect ahead of time. Ashamed of the service that has become of them. I truly hope they learn to be more honest. The car I was fixing the tire on was an air conditioned car for my children where my vans stopped working and it was 110 degrees outside. I have a 2 year old. Walmart you really need to figure out your stuff. Thank you and hope this helps to remind everyone to ask a lot of questions or you will not get the right answer. And I would ask more than one person there as well.

Called to buy 4 new tires and have them put on my car before i went on a little trip. The tires themselves are affordable but its almost 200 bux to have them put onto my car! Ridiculous!! There were many small fees and a fee to get rid of old tires and to "check" the valve stems?? I decided to just do it but then i was told they couldn't do it today. It was fcfs starting at 7am the next day!

Said they would call when my car was done and they didn't. When I got there to pick up my car, the attendant was helping me but didn't even pick up on any calls. He let 2 calls ring till the customer hung up. When the third caller called he waited a while before answering it. My brother was the one recommending me to go there. He said that it happens alot. The only reason I went there was because my brother works really close to the lube shop. Terrible customer service.

The service was quick and absolutely cheap. The staff was friendly and ready to explain/answer any queries. I will definitely recommend this place for oil change and/ tires.
