It got one star because no pets are allowed. Trail is ok the waterfall was dry but the river was pretty with boulders scattered throughout.

Amazing waterfall! Parking lot is fairly small, mostly mud and dirt save for a few pull-off spots; so if you have a small car you may be better off finding a parking spot along the road. There's an overlook with natural seating about a mile from the start, but the three trails are set up for one-way which adds a bit of length to the otherwise short walk. Definitely recommend checking out, especially after heavy rain! Be careful at the overlook though, it's fairly flat but has a pretty steep drop-off.

Nice trails, narrow in some places. With the advent of COVID-19 much of the trail system here is one-way, so be advised the shortest round-trip is a little bit longer (~2.3 miles vs 1.6).

A few different trails that are all calm. It's nothing too special I would recommend driving far to hike. The views are scenic once you get by the river (small section of the way). I wonder if there's places to swim once it gets warmer? The main view is the waterfall. A little disappointing from so far away. ....I don't think it's legal to encourage anyone to climb down to the base of the falls... ....but if you do find an excusable reason to be there, I feel like it's about a 300-400ft descent. Steep, but not necessarily steep enough you "need" a rope. It is very dangerous and you risk serious injury/death. Also, trespassing? The slope is covered in several inches of loose dirt and debris. If you slip, grab for the nearest tree. The climb back up sucks too. About 30-60mins. The world needs more accessible waterfalls.

Just hiked the trail yesterday with a group of young adults and a few older ladies. Many struggled to finish and was very tired afterwards with the inclines and declines within the trail. Wouldn't recommend for young kids even though a 7 year old could make it through, but it may not be the most enjoyable. All said, it is a very nice hike.
Yes Monday through sunday, sun up till sun down i believe
