Great place to tan, friendly people, clean beds

The staff member that was their was very nice and was knowledgeable about all of the packages, prices etc. The spray tan machine was very high tech and easy to operate. I also purchased the teeth whitening, which definitely made my teeth whiter. Unfortunately, I'm a smoker so the bottom of my teeth didn't get as light as the tops. The only downside was the wait times, but that wasn't the associates fault, because she was the only one working on a busy Saturday! The company should staff this location appropriately for the amount of customers that come in on weekends. I will definitely be going back to continue my spray tans. Hopefully they will be fully staffed next time.

Pros: clean store, friendly staff Cons: no color selection offered / no swatches offered for spray tanning so you can’t see what it’s going to look like. They must have only one blend and you only get to choose how much goes on (how dark you get). Unfortunately this “one color fits all” model just turns you orange, both for me (olive skin) and my girlfriend (fair skin)

Really good place to get a spray tan in Blacksburg! My tan always looks really good and they have pretty good deals. The staff is always pretty unfriendly, it takes way too long to check in, and every time I ask questions they seem pretty irritated or confused. Great tans and services, pretty rough customer service.
