Was referred by Options. They did not call when scheduled for an assessment. I had to call them when late with appointment to see what was going on. No counselor called me for an appointment. Not sure why they are in business as this is life or death issues. I would never recommend.

I went to Choices Counseling as a person with over 2 years sober. I was asking for help with my drivers license where they do monthly monitoring for the state to cover my license. They said they could help me so I went there they did what they called an assesment which consisted of me filling out a pile of paperwork and taking a drug test which I passed and then paying them 218.00. Three days later they call me and tell me they can't help me. But refused to return the money I paid them. Place is a scam and have quite a racket going. Buyers and others beware. Got a call back form the director telling me "he didn't give a flip about my license and wouldn't give my money back"

I think so..... I would highly recommend Choices, they helped me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
I'm not sure if they have anger management there you can call and ask also I go to Celebrate Recovery's men's groups and they help with processing
They'll take ohp, and other stuff too.
I believe assessments are done Monday through Fridays. Starting at 8 am. Call and ask them to find out for sure though I hope this helps

No. It is outpatient only. OnTrack here in grants pass does however offer both outpatient and residential treatment.
