Over several months of trying to receive my order, I have met only road blocks! The Phoenix store actually lied to me on several occasions over receiving a call back to the reasons why my order was originally cancelled. After phoning customer service several times, theee days ago my associate and I came to complete agreement on the amount of my return. I have just left the Phoenix Biltmore store and was shorted almost $32 of my expected price. Pottery Barn has been a store I have used for furniture, bedding, and accessories over the years. Today they lost a good customer!

Pottery Barn always has exceptional high quality items. They are high priced but well worth it because you get what you pay for. The store is laid out beautifully and the employees are absolutely amazing. This location is in the absolutely stunning plaza. The Biltmore has been around since I've been alive and it is always well kept and a great place to bring out of town guests. Even just to walk around to get something to eat. All the stores are upper class and just stunning to walk through.

I went in just before thanksgiving to return some items and even though they were busy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I worked specifically with Maryann and she was so delightful to work with. Thank you all!

Buyer Beware!!! Buyer Beware!!! And whatever you do, DO NOT get their credit card! Someone or something purchased over 700 dollars on my card and this begins my first complaint. I purchased an Easton "reclaimed wood" end table and it is now mysteriously developing some sort of a fungus looking stain. Lastly, the slip covered dining chairs that I ordered several months ago, and are supposedly in the US, still keep getting pushed back for delivery. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Not sure how much good it will do but I can tell you that I will not be ordering anything more from Pottery Barn or ANY of their affiliates.
